Portraits of the 36 Immortal Chinese Poets at the Philadelphia Museum of Art inspired this Immortal Plant series. Each has a distinct personality yet the grouping allows viewers to make comparisons. Examining the plants singly, we become acquainted with new species and explore its unique aspects. When grouped they remind us of the connection we have to the ancient and enduring qualities of the natural word.
